Dr. David Gordon Wilson and Bruce Anderson are the cofounders of Wilson TurboPower.

Wilson TurboPower

Wilson TurboPower, Inc., was founded in 2001 to commercialize two remarkable energy technologies developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As CEO of a high-technology incubator and with a career in new energy technologies, Bruce Anderson recognized the energy-savings potential of Dr. David Gordon Wilson’s groundbreaking work, and the two entrepreneurs committed their professional resources to found and develop Wilson TurboPower.

Joining the management team to oversee the growth of Wilson TurboPower is a staff of MIT engineers, a worldwide organization of commissioned sales engineers, a marketing organization with twenty-five years of turbomachinery experience, and an advisory board of distinguished business leaders, engineers, and scientists.

Wilson TurboPower is privately owned by its founders, David Wilson, Bruce Anderson, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, plus an international group of investors and energy experts.

Wilson TurboPower is building desirable products and achieving breakthrough efficiencies based on Wilson’s groundbreaking work at MIT. Wilson TurboPower has successfully engineered and currently markets a breakthrough-efficiency heat exchanger that meets the diverse needs of several industries and allows new high-temperature processes. Among its many energy-saving applications, the Wilson Heat Exchanger™ is enabling development of the ultra-efficient Wilson Microturbine™ that will literally revolutionize turbine energy systems for both onsite power and transportation.
