Bruce Anderson, Chief Executive Officer
As a veteran energy entrepreneur and business executive, Bruce Anderson has launched and led five energy enterprises with bottom-line responsibility for total development from the strategic vision through marketing and sales. Mr. Anderson earned three degrees from MIT and is an active member of the MIT community. Prior to heading Wilson TurboPower, he directed the MIT Industrial Liaison Program which created technology alliances between MIT and nearly two hundred Fortune 2000 companies in twenty-two countries.
David Gordon Wilson, Chief Scientist
David Wilson has contributed his practical expertise to advance technologies and businesses throughout the world, and he developed the company’s key technologies for dramatically improving heat transfer and microturbine efficiencies. As MIT professor emeritus and a world-renown authority on gas-turbine design and regenerator technology, Wilson now serves full time as Chief Scientist for Wilson TurboPower. He has authored and coauthored several texts and has served on various national committees and commissions.

Jon Ballou, V.P. Engineering
Jon Ballou has accrued over twenty-five years of product development responsibility in a variety of areas for several leading technology companies. His experience and applied expertise in mechanical/ electrical R&D, engineering, and testing includes senior responsibility for bringing complex technologies and equipment to market.
Jim Taylor, V.P. Business Development
As former General Manager and Vice President of ConocoPhillips business units, Jim Taylor also led two successful venture launches. He now brings that expertise to the growth and success of Wilson TurboPower.
Drew McInnes, V.P. Sales and Marketing
After gaining experience in banking, business development, and launching two successful ventures, Drew McInnes earned an MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He first joined the Wilson TurboPower team in early 2006.
Bruce Enders, Marketing
Bruce Enders is a former Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for a major component of General Electric and now serves as a Wilson TurboPower director and chairman of the board’s marketing team.
